Pros

- Although it originally looked like it might be just another internet-based employment scam, Lionbridge is a completely legitimate business
- Work whenever you have time
- Pay is pretty good for this type of job

Cons

- The performance of day-to-day operations in their headquarters is terrible. Lots of mistakes and extremely poor communication. Management has to do a lot of damage control.
- After a mistake is made that affects you, you will be ignored. You have to make a lot of noise to get forwarded to a manager who is capable of helping you.
- Don't expect a problem to get solved after you've gone to the trouble of dealing with it once - the same exact problem is likely to occur next time.

Advice to Senior Management

Put together a more capable administrative team. Headquarters staff are dragging down the business and making it difficult for people to want to do their jobs. Who is responding to emails over there?
