If you are an introvert, like to be left alone rotting in your own cubicle, come and work here!
If playing office politics is your favorite past time hobby, they'll love to have you onboard.
If you have hearing problems you'll enjoy working here because managers here like to yell at people, literally yelling!

Cons

It doen't matter how well you had done your job before, once you make a little mistake, they just fire you.
To cut cost, they like to fire "under-performed" people but in fact, no performace reviews or warning had ever been given, I guess they bet on those people would never consult a lawyer.
