Cons

There are too many incompetent people in management who seem too afraid to loose their jobs and accept no criticism whatsoever. Information is by some even kept very close an not shared even though it would be vital and save a lot of work for the people who do the drudging work for them. Management is too afraid of changes, and when one is proposed, useless meetings take place to inform everyone about it...However, soon all is back to the old ways.

Advice to Senior Management

Show more respect towards your employees. When you do have competent people, work with them, do not be afraid of them. Hire professional management, not those who just happened to have been in the right place at the right time when positions needed to be filled in. The arrogance of management is clearly visible to all and when you want to build and maintain an organization, you do not go around offending the people you need the most.
