Pros

It's a good place to start you experience, but once you get your short time in, get the heck out!!

Cons

What aren't the downsides... Lack of communication, no real goals or unrealistic goals, etc. They just don't care whatsoever about the individual employee. It's all about the numbers and making money.

Advice to Senior Management

Maybe if you gave a rats about the employees, the moral MIGHT be a little better. The secretiveness of information sharing is ridiculous. I thought this was going to be a great opportunity for me personally to growth with the company, and I been treated like I don't know a thing and that my opinions and work don't really matter. Plus, there's no job security here...
