Lionbridge – “You could do a lot better than working for Lionbridge...”

Pros

They let me work around my personal schedule. Flexible hours. The position allowed me to get my foot in the door with software testing. I enjoy my teammates.

Cons

1) Low pay 2) Not a lot of room to grow 3) To much outsourcing to offshore offices 4) No software development jobs. 5) Being a contractor is terrible...you are supposed to feel like part of another company, but you are just looked at like a moron.

Advice to Senior Management

Tell the employees more. Don't be shady in your dealings with the customer. Be more forthright and honest.
