Pros

You get time off when you need it and you get it flexible work hours. Until late Great co-workers but recently many have been finding better career chooses. Very long lunch breaks sometimes half the day.

Cons

Low pay, no room for advancement. Management that is to busy playing Solitaire to know what is going on with there employees or customers. I have worked here for some time now and have to force involvement with management. Simply does not want to be interrupted when playing Solitaire. Hires new unqualified employees over the phone. This place now has some of the highest employee turnover I have ever seen. If you need to start your career McDonald's would be a better way to go. Anything that can be done slower or more f'ed up LionBridge will find a way to do it.

Advice to Senior Management

Get out more and listen to your employees, they will make or break this company.
