“It is a highly collabritive productive working environment”
I have been working at Litle & Co.
Pros – It is a highly collabritive productive wokring environment. Most of people are open and friendly . Good work and life balancing place.
Cons – No stock options for new employees. Salary is below market rate. Compansation pakage is not as compititive. No working from home.
Advice to Senior Management – Considering giving stock options and higher compansation pakage to retain good employee.
