I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great part-time job, the job is non stop always on your feet your always doing something. Time flys when you work here.

    Cons

Closing shifts were the worst, trash, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning pan. Usually you close with about two people a cashier and your team leader. The cleaning of the pan is probably the most annoying thing think of it as you had to clean every pan of pizza that was use throughout the whole day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job of the moving around of the general managers to improve the stores, you learn a lot from each general manager.

    I worked at Little Caesar's

    Pros

manager staff helped me climb up the (promotion) ladder.

    Cons

too muh high school drama within the store any not enough respect between crew and managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not let drama start, once it starts it's hard to stop it. Also set up a level of repect from the beginning. Do not try to become friends with the crew.
