Pros

Cheap pizza thats good. usually has enough people on staff to provide you with a flexible work schedule

Cons

Hard to get raises past your time trials. You work way too hard for how little they pay.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

focus more on making the employees happy and a little less on getting the customers pizza out in under 30 seconds. customers respect companies who take care of their employees as well as take the time on their pizza.

    Pros

    Christmas bonus and party. That's as nice as i can be.

    Cons

    It's a boys club environment and the job never ends if you're salary. No point in taking sick days they still expect you there. Major burnout.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stay off of the cameras and actually go in and work with your team. You might actually understand how your business runs the way it does.people don't enjoy being micro managed. You'll have more loyalty if you allow people to learn from their mistakes. Have a great day!!!
