I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for more than a year

Pros

Free pizza is awesome and the stores are usually located around other restaurants so there are a lot of choice on break. definitely for the fond of food.

Cons

Like most jobs, it can get extremely repetitive thus making it extremely boring.

    I worked at Little Caesar's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Little Caesars was a fun company to work for. It was one of my first full time jobs, and was an enjoyable way to make some extra cash while in school.

    Cons

    The management team were not trained to act in a professional manner. It was hard to take them seriously.

    I worked at Little Caesar's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Free Pizza, IF 3 or more employees wanted to eat pizza.

    Cons

    Pay was poor, always an excuse not to give any raises, owner favored certain store managers, not everyone was treated fairly, u could get away with anything if you were friends with the owner. Owner was never satisfied even after you got an A in a store review, he had to find something to complain about. New rules all the time owner could not make up his mind...ever!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay people fair wages if they are doing the job correctly. Don't keep lazy people just because they don't care if they get a raise or not. Pay the people that work hard decently so they can make you more money. Treat everyone fairly.
