I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

Pros

negotiable hours, extremely easy especially with the new computer system. You do not even have to count the change, the computer tells you exactly what to give.

Cons

long hours, no break, tight conditions

    Pros

    If you are running your store good and running good numbers the bonuses are good.

    Cons

    Human Resources is more focus on help crew members rather than management, if you have a crew members that is not performing good or calling off, etc. You can't to anything, but as a Manager u can lose your job for any little thing.

    If you need help to let bad employees go... "Good luck"

    I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    good intro into customer service. You get a good feel on how to handle customers, the good and the bad ones.

    Cons

    If the managers cant handle the work environment then they need a new work field. Also, seriously customers, just because its not hot and ready the moment you walk in, because the person before you just bought 12 pizzas, does not mean all 6 of yours are free.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't try to keep your employees there their whole life. Don't rely on just your best team members, give the others time to shine as well.
