    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should really work on their human resource skills because I have had many labour violations and when I told them about these violations they had no idea their were certain things like that they couldn't do.

I worked at Little Caesar's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Very easy to get hired. State-of-the art equipment.

    Cons

Since these stores are independently owned franchises, managers make up their own rules as they go along. The job duties or hours they lure you in with may be misrepresented.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Living in a multicultural city, having all the young white females work cash and everyone else (who is coincidentally of colour) work in the kitchen is racial discrimination. Some of the people resigned to work in the kitchen may just be Canadian-born, educated, and have years of customer service/cashier experience. The owners themselves being visible minorities does not make it okay. The higher ups need to look into this.
