I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Get to eat leftover pizza, and you get pretty good hours.
Seeing the smile of a little kid after they get pizza and some cookies!

Cons

Stinks when someone doesn't show up, then you have to try and make up for it and customers don't get it hot and ready.

    I got along with management very well and everyone else I worked wit. Great opportunity to grow.
