Pros

You can be creative in your solutions to problems.
It is a "fun" job, you work around people who are willing to work.

Cons

Very low pay, no benefits.
Fragmented management style, practically no sharing is permitted between management.
No vacation time... at all. paid or unpaid.

    Pros

    -It is a job
    -easy work
    -good hours
    -cool co-workers

    Cons

    -poor communication among supervisors and employees
    -promotion is race based
    -no breaks are ok unless everything is done
    -not enough employees working at one time or enough available to cover a sick one

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to promost people on their efforts insted of their ethnicity

    Pros

    Room to Grow
    Lots of communication
    Very flexible hours
    Lots of freedom in work week

    Cons

    Terrible Pay compared to other pizzas places
    Raises every year but never more than 3% no matter how good you do
    Hire people from outside making more than internal employee who's been there forever

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Realy with the 21st century with regards to salary. The pay is far below what an averge mean scale is for most management positions. Paying people whatthey deserve will promote longevity in the staff.
