    Cons

Since April, 2011 the IT department has become a toxic work environment with a revolving door for both staff and management, and morale approaching rock bottom.

I have been working at Littler Mendelson

    Pros

Gain experience in a very interesting area of law. Associates are given tremendous responsibility and participate in all aspects of the case including fact investigation, depositions and trial.

    Cons

Compensation is not comparable to other big firms. The salary and bonuses given at Littler are significantly below market. This makes it difficult for the firm to retain and recruit mid-level associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage shareholders to serve as mentors to associates. Consider raising salaries and bonuses to levels offered by other firms. Sponsor social activities for associates.
