Pros

Smart people. Great salary and benefit package.

Cons

No consistent direction. Poor utilization of expensive resources. Lots of direction change with no responsiveness to technical expertise and advice.

Listen to your technical people and share strategy. They can help you more than you think.

    Committed to developing and providing high quality applications designed with end users in mind; great work-life balance fostered by management from the top down; flexible work hours with work-from-home opportunities; teamwork and a collaborative work environment aren't just talked about, they're embraced and expected

    Cons

    Traffic in and around Hollywood can be dreadful at times; have to continually attempt to overcome an often very negative public perception (e.g. high/unnecessary service fees)

    Pros

    - Able to learn about how the music industry works
    - Lots of free merchandise/give aways
    - Paid Holiday shut down in December (usually 1-1.5 week long)
    - Fast paced environment
    - Free concert pass (Lawn seats & Live Nation OWNED & OPERATED VENUES ONLY)

    Cons

    - Very disorganized and messy
    - Extremely tedious work
    - Was running on an extremely old system which caused productivity to be very minimal
    - No room for growth/advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please take the time to listen to the team for feedback. Often times I would voice my concern on certain issues only for it to be put on the back burner. This caused my work to get a lot messier than it needed to be.
