Former Intern - Sponsorship Intern in Chicago, IL

I worked at Live Nation Entertainment as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

I was able to take on a lot of responsibility and work closely with the Sponsorship Coordinator. I got to do something different every day which was a nice change of pace.

Cons

It wasn't paid and during the interview process I was told that there would be perks like free concert tickets, but when I asked for tickets to a show they said they weren't able to get them for me.

I have been working at Live Nation Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Committed to developing and providing high quality applications designed with end users in mind; great work-life balance fostered by management from the top down; flexible work hours with work-from-home opportunities; teamwork and a collaborative work environment aren't just talked about, they're embraced and expected

    Cons

Traffic in and around Hollywood can be dreadful at times; have to continually attempt to overcome an often very negative public perception (e.g. high/unnecessary service fees)

    Advice to Management

Keep it up - keep focusing on the customer and on your employees and they'll continue to take care of you in return.
