Sponsorship Sales & Event Management Intern

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Indianapolis, IN

I worked at Live Nation Entertainment full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Friendly office environment, everybody knew each other really well, bosses give you a lot of responsibility and you're able to work closely with clients and gain a ton of experience

    Cons

Insane hours. I was an unpaid intern and was working anywhere from 60-90 hours a week. I was told I would be working 9 hour days which was not the case.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your interns a little bit more. The positions require a lot of time and responsibility, and you can't expect them to be perfect with their jobs, they're still in college!

Former Employee - Production Assistant/Runner in Washington, DC

I worked at Live Nation Entertainment part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Something new every day, love to meet the crews from the tours that come in, FANTASTIC in-house production team, lots to learn but everyone loves to help

    Cons

Work days can last up to 17-20 hours, and you need to mentally prepare for that. The pay is higher than minimum, but it's still very little at the end of the day.

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
