Fast paced and fun environment

ProsYoung work crowd, nice decor, flexible hours, fun business, access to House of Blues and free passes to some concerts

Conslack of privacy, noise level, no older people at all, some junior managers fresh out of a 4 year university.

Advice to Senior ManagementHonor your promises you make to the workforce. Stop cutting back on things like 401k matching when you're still making decent profits

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Poor communication and organizational structure

Pros: Tech-heavy company -- good for programmers (they're considered GODS!)
