You get to see free shows. The atmosphere is amazing. And the history of HOB will blow your mind.

Cons

The pay is not the greatest, you have to do a heck of a lot and do not get paid what you should. Hardly any communication with management.

You need to listen more to your employees. Communicate better, and you might wanna think of doing more evaluations of employees so you can better understand who is working for you,
