Pros

Live Nation offers a great work environment in a fun and exciting industry. Live Nation manages and promotes music venues all over the world and has music venues in almost every major city. Music is a universal language that crosses any language, cultural, geographical boundaries it faces. Live Nation offers an innovative, fresh and exciting way to experience the Entertainment industry and brings the excitment to the fans like never before.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Live Nation is the weekend work. A lot of shows, especially the larger events are held on weekend nights. This makes sense for promoters because more of an audience will show up on a Friday night rather than a Tuesday night. After working all week, the weekend goes by very fast if there is a show.

Advice to Senior Management

I would give the advice that the medium sized venues (2,500 - 5,000 people) are the most effective venues to host Live Nation events. In my experience, the smaller sized venues give a much more intimate feel for the fan and artist. The larger venues seems to lose the impact of the show atmosphere.
