Pros

Ability to obtains tickets to good shows, peers are great people to work with, very little red tape, great location, generally friendly people. Overall, the people are fun and that makes up a for a lot!

Cons

Shrinking industry, positions are very defined and hard to move out of, unfair promotion practices, unequal pay among equal peers, management does not mentor, bonus program is very unclear to business analysts

Advice to Senior Management

Develop mentor programs, show career progression milestones, provide guidance on bonus (to be or not to be paid).
