Pros – Definitely a great place to build a foundation in the industry, amazing growth potential and a fabulous work environment to work in.

Cons – Sometimes a little too much for the person that they cannot handle the workload or might be overwhelmed in retrospect of the job.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep on trying to do what you think you can offer in the industry and do not give up on the hopes of your dreams.
