Fail.

ProsThere are none. Unless you're a janitor.

ConsComplete chaos. The only way they manage to make money is that all the other call centers are worse. The engineering department is clueless, with a super complex infrastructure and territorial disputes. All the bad that happened at Netscape and Microsoft is carried over to LiveOps.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake your money and run. This is going to be a fiasco.

    Not worth your time and effort!

    Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)

    I worked at LiveOps part-time for less than a year


    Pros: Ability to work from home. That is it! Cons: You are mostly taking calls for infomercials and you have to upsell repeatedly sometimes 2 or 3 additional products for each call. If the poor… Advice to Senior Management: Join the real world and at LEAST pay per hour… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
