    New CEO should help morale

    The agent business is your core business and revenue. Quit ignoring it.

    Pros

    You can schedule your own hours and their call center is open 24 hours a day, the training is at your own pace and is not instructor led

    Cons

    You are paid by your talk time 0.25 per minute, so IF you talk for a full hour you are paid 15.00 for that one hour. However, the call volume is terrible because they have so many people working, it is hard to get any hours and worst of all you are answering infomercial calls. Trying to constantly sell them more than they called in for, before you can even process the order you have to go through like 5 screens of upsells, with the customer getting angrier and angrier the more you try to sell them

    Advice to Management

    Get some other clients, the upsells are annoying
