“LivePerson is a breath of fresh air in a thankless world.”
Current Employee – been working at LivePerson
Pros – The company has a very forward minded mentality, and they do believe that personal attention is worth much more then professionalism.
Cons – From a support point of view the hours can be long.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep true to the culture.
