I have been working at LivePerson full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

LivePerson is a very unusual place - the culture drives employees to take ownership, help others and create meaningful connections is making everything very different from other companies. The people are highly qualified, smart and creative. The challenges are huge and its really never boring or relaxed. with 8500 customers, you always have something to deal with and improve.

Cons

The requirements and expectations from employees are very high, and the tempo is always on high-gear, but that's how it is when you work in a real time 24/7 service provider..

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue with fostering the core values and encourage employees to take ownership regardless of their title; don't be tolerant or compromise on those who can't deliver in high quality.

    I worked at LivePerson full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    They pay on time, but that's about it.

    Cons

    Long hours, Low salary
    Low on tech, High on ego
    Crazy "culture" you must follow if you want to keep your job
    Totally artificial people you must be nice to at all times if you want to keep your job
    Everyone is leaving or planning to leave a soon as possible.
    Company has a bad reputation in HR.
    "big brother" open space, no privacy whatsoever.

    Grow up.
