Current Employee - Engineer in Raanana (Israel)

    Pros

There are still people who try to follow the company cloture.

    Cons

    1) People are rewarded for the minimum possible preformace , as long as they keep their mouth shut and low profile .
    2) Anyone trying to improve a process immediately labeled as a noise maker which rarely a good thing considering the career progress of that person.
    3) The Good are leaving while the unprofessional staying causing several teams and scrums to become more of a liability for others to work with then a support.
    4) 0 Transparency when it comes to goals from the middle management level, you sometimes feel that there is a day and night difference between what the high management saying and what happens on the field,
