    I worked at LivePerson full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    SaaS company, global work, addresses both SMB & ENT

    Cons

    Very, very, high employee turnover (HR will try to downplay this as a thing of the past). A lot of employees or either fired, or leave voluntarily (mainly the smart and professional employees). This is mainly due to the incompetency of the CEO and upper management. The CEO hasn't managed to keep anyone around him for years now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management should learn how to operate. Learn about strategy definition, what are the company's core competencies, etc. Stop going in 10 different directions (with at least 8 out of scope or irrelevant)

    Pros

    Any employee can influence the product and innovation is embedded in the culture.
    Leadership is approachable and the atmosphere is very personable.
    Strong sense of ownership over customer satisfaction and performance on business goals.
    Team work can be seen everywhere in the large open space and funky conference rooms.

    Cons

    With a startup like atmosphere running on an agile development jet engine, the workload may impact your work life balance. The company is constantly growing and this growth brings challenges with it.
