Pros

- I adore my job, the people I work with and this industry - I've moved up within the company in a 2 years and feel like my thoughts are heard and my opinions are respected - The LS values are apparent in everything we do as a company - even our CEO - No day is ever the same and I am pushed out of my comfort zone on the daily - I'm smarter because of the people that I work with - We have smart management and they LISTEN to us - The best benefits I've ever had at a company - I literally love my job so much that I almost never stop working. Pro & Con

Cons

- The plethora of kitchen snacks are going to make me fat - We move so fast that sometimes I feel like my OCD quality control is sometimes impacted - I literally love my job so much that I almost never stop working. Pro & Con

    Pros

    Snacks, Beverages, Cake on your birthday, Beer, Cool People, Happy Hours

    Cons

    LONG HOURS, no personal life outside of coworkers, your colleagues are great but you will spend DAY AND NIGHT with them. If you are an inside specialist you are hamster on a wheel cold calling for hours. The first of the month is the same every month "hit quota" No creativity in the job role

    Advice to Management

    People are more than a quota, numbers, dials, and minutes on a phone - we are people! cold calling is exhausting and cumbersome, we need to know every dial is a step closer to something better.

    Pros

    Huge increase in commission from amount of deals sold. Every medical provider we have used loves our benefits and say its the best benefits they have seen so benefits rock! In our Regional Sales Conference in Austin our CEO Tim told us his vision is to see the sales team the highest paid sale team and yes the company has made actions with commission changes and focus on rewarding revenue instead of quantity of deals sold are showing the truth of his commitment to employees! I heard HR was going through 2,000 to 4,000 applicants per employee hired so opportunity to shine. Best upper management in the northern west! They listen, help you succeed, push you, rewarded by your performance. Work force a blast to work with. You will know more about a city, meet the best people and eat and experience things you never knew existed - Best time social year of my life and I'm 38! yes I didn't know of all these coolest things in Utah!

    Cons

    Growth pains, about 200 employees in Jan 2010 currently over 5000 so working on Employee's, Accounts, then Profit. Good thing is that they are now Employee Focused in turn we take care of merchants and that will bring in the profits.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the employees you hire by continuing to focus on the highest sales force in America
