    Pros

Fun, laid-back atmosphere. Flexible team and great office perks. People come from all sorts of backgrounds and previous jobs.

    Cons

Big and clunky - like a battleship trying to maneuver a river. Hard to get things done timely, hard to get approvals on new projects. The capital is there, but the people may not be.
