I have been working at LivingSocial full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Dynamic work environment. Great product that truly helps local businesses succeed. Fun place to work. Amazing benefits and time off. Very little travel. Good training.

Cons

Establishing realistic goals has been a challenge for upper management, very up and down which causes pay to go up and down. Constant change, not a place for someone who can't adapt quickly and keep moving forward.

Advice to Management

Lead your people to greatness by caring about them and their paycheck, not your own.

    Pros

    I wish I could think of some - other than the benefits and working from home freedom

    Cons

    Everything else - and now that I am gone I realize just how bad it is working there. I have to re-train myself to be a good customer service salesperson - you simply don't have time to be at LS. All they care about is bringing in MORE deals - so many more deals. Absolutely no regard for the merchants. Management will avoid their calls if there is a problem . SO sad!

    Advice to Management

    Sell this to someone who knows how to run a big company.
