Pros

Great culture. Great people. Very young demographic, but very smart and driven.

Cons

Maybe work-life overlaps with social life a bit too much, there's no separation.

    Pros

    Worked here for 4 months.

    Cons

Micromanaged to DEATH. Too many pointless conference calls. Territory I was in has since been put on NATIONAL DEALS only. Inside sales and outside sales eat other. Only 2 people I trained with a year ago are left with company!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people in management that know how to manage and did not get a degree from a strip mall college!
