I have been working at LivingSocial part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

It's fun, everyday is a new adventure! It's where long time friendships are born! Young company New ideas are heard and respected Casual New opportunities to be promoted or gain valuable experience is available and always welcomed.

Cons

It's still a new facility so when a big change happens its a huge deal. Not enough part-time incentives, a commuter package would be smart.

I have been working at LivingSocial full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company culture (pre 2013), benefits, flexibility and people

    Cons

Future outlook, too many people leaving with zero replacements. Too many people doing more than one job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and lower management. Upper management is filled with too many 'yes' people.
