I worked at LivingSocial full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Pay (I made over 6 figures but I was also one of the top sales reps in the company)
- Cool people / culture

Cons

Where do I begin?!......I'm only highlighting two cons because I could be here all day.
- Management is STUPID. All of them were promoted to management simply because they were one of the 'early' hires.
- Commission structure changes every quarter......what?

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit and hire new management. Seriously.

    I have been working at LivingSocial part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    It's fun, everyday is a new adventure!
    It's where long time friendships are born!
    Young company
    New ideas are heard and respected
    Casual
    New opportunities to be promoted or gain valuable experience is available and always welcomed.

    Cons

    It's still a new facility so when a big change happens its a huge deal.
    Not enough part-time incentives, a commuter package would be smart.

    Young company with a friendly and fast paced work environment!

    Cons

    Change is constant- when it's good, it's good and when it's bad, things get pretty ugly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be better at communicating to your employees and other managers.
    Have a better attitude.
