Not so bad not so great...

Merchandise Planner (Former Employee)

ProsLiz Claiborne was a good place to work because of it's business but the company is a sinking ship - check out it's stock price and you'll see why. not sure the CEO knows what he's doing but the company is all over the place in some areas but extremely great when it comes to systems and getting work done (versus other retail companies)

ConsVery, very, very disorganized and all over the place - and not a stable company at the present moment in time

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's not really the leaderships fault it's been very disorganized for a very long time and has been spread out too thing...
