    Pros

Liz Claiborne was a good place to work because of it's business but the company is a sinking ship - check out it's stock price and you'll see why. not sure the CEO knows what he's doing but the company is all over the place in some areas but extremely great when it comes to systems and getting work done (versus other retail companies)

    Cons

Very, very, very disorganized and all over the place - and not a stable company at the present moment in time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's not really the leaderships fault it's been very disorganized for a very long time and has been spread out too thing...

    I worked at Liz Claiborne

    Pros

Benefits are excellent, 1st supervisor excellent, job was awesome, but business was good then.

    Cons

When Bill McComb came on board everything changed. Bad leadership. Company is going in the wrong direction. Work place is great, but the top people like Bill's friends he hired are making bad business decisions and it shows.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop cutting costs to make product cheap. Leave China production co. It can be great again, but needs strong apparel leadership.
