I have been working at Lloyd's Register

    Pros

People are like family and organization is fairly flat.

    Cons

Resources stretched very thin, must wear a lot of different hats. Some people are dead wood, but impossible to fire.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people, apply HR policies evenly.
