Good exposure and experience, but too bureaucratic and culture of self preservation

Senior Manager (Current Employee) London, England (UK)

ProsSome good people, job security

ConsToo high a reliance on consultants who are not value for money
Cost Management process is too bureaucratic and automated loses perspective by focussing on saving low value costs rather than the £1k+ per day consultants deployed across the group adding little value

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on strategic goals that can be achieved and give more autonomy to senior managers to run their business as they know best.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
