Pros – Stable company, a great place to start your professional career

Work is competitive, really creates value for the company and opinions well respected

Cons – corporate structure is very stagnant, hard to move around.
limited training and limited support for new project.
workload can be overwhelming at times

Advice to Senior Management – recently underwent a change in senior management.
Galen Weston is happy to make changes for small initiatives such as ice creams..... do not see a long term vision in the company
