I worked at Loblaw part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Stable company with a good benefit plan if you can get enough hours.. I thought it was a good company with lots if positions and its all across Canada.. :)

    Cons

As a cashier i was part of the front end team and we have to deal with all the customers. We are the face of customer service and the last impression of the company. It is a lot of work being cashier. Don't forget that your on your feet 95% of the shift at the same till.

    Advice to Management

I have nothing to say they did there job somewhat and looked after each other( high management)

Increase the limit of 28 hours/week for current employees before hiring new employees
