I have been working at Loblaw as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay. The company overall funds projects well.

    Cons

Ancient technology on all levels of the organization. All IT development teams are grossly overworked due to the fact that systems are not well designed and poorly implemented. New development is being done using same outdated technologies without any lessons being taken from past projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire an actual CIO. Properly structure IT senior leadership and finally enter the 21 century!
