“Solid contract winner but small annual wage increases”
Current Employee – been working at Lockheed Martin
Pros – LM wins contacts and plays hardball to get and keep them. After being a sub to LM on other contracts Its like 'if you can't beat them, join them'.
Cons – The bottom line is the bottom line. As a senior employee, don't expect annual pay raises other than 2 or 3 %.
