“Lockheed Martin is a decent company to work for.”
I have been working at Lockheed Martin
Pros – It is a good company for someone who is just coming out of college.
Cons – Career growth seems stunted once you reach a Level 2 or Level 3.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees and treat all of them with the same respect.
