Solid stock price; LM should not need to go through another large scale employee buyout in the near future.

One line of thought - profit and Company growth.

    Large company that can afford to keep a bench of talent. Room to grow, train, and improve. Get paid every week.

    Cons

    Corporate culture resembles that of its biggest client - government. Can be a slow moving behemoth.
