    Pros

Solid stock price; LM should not need to go through another large scale employee buyout in the near future.

    Cons

One line of thought - profit and Company growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to be a bit more employee-centric (your "bread and butter").

    Pros

Large company that can afford to keep a bench of talent. Room to grow, train, and improve. Get paid every week.

    Cons

Corporate culture resembles that of its biggest client - government. Can be a slow moving behemoth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Break into smaller teams to move more quickly
