Job Security. It's a huge company and you have to be extremely incompetent or lazy to lose your job.

Cons

Employees (especially young ones) are often treated like numbers. Promotions are rarely based on merit and are usually based entirely on longevity. There are separate hierarchies for engineering (program management and technical management) and management (HR type things), so the person you report to, and who gives you your performance assessments most likely has no idea how to do your job.
