“Great place for engineers”
Former Employee – worked at Lockheed Martin full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – benefits, flex-time, and subject matter is excellent. Benefits have changed in recent years, but really very competitive
Cons – Base salary is below market, but if you come in from another defense contractor they will pay well
