Current Employee – been working at Lockheed Martin full-time for more than a year

Pros – Great organizational culture, annual health funds

Cons – This job is very stressful. From day one, you will be finding work to do just to keep busy and then you'll be transitioned into the role. Management encourages you to "ask questions" to learn and most people are always available to help. The workload is very heavy since teams are very spread thin due to company budget cuts.

Advice to Senior Management – Spread the workload around to more experienced personnel.
