Flexible work hours, great health care package, challenging work, opportunities all over the world, something for everyone, and very ethical and diverse company make this company a great place to jump start your career.

Cons

Although LM is global, it is hard to find opportunities you WANT in one location. Salary is slightly below average and the bonus program is meager. It is easy to get stuck in one position and do the same things everyday.

Advice to Senior Management

I am going to echo all the responses that say LM is a great place to jump start your career. Programs like ELDP and ATLP make being with the company worthwhile.
