I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

There are so many areas to explore in the company since it has so many divisions. You can take a stretch job assignment to try out a new area to see if its a good fit.

    Cons

Getting a good promotion is very hard since the company isn't growing. So the only way to get ahead is to interview and get a new position

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow the talet that exsist, reward those who are successful with their stretch assignments.
